Security Guard

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Mangalore, Karnataka. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to ensure safety.
• Patrol property regularly to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Conduct routine security checks and inspections of premises, equipment, and security systems.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Provide escort services and access control for sensitive areas as required.
• Assist in emergency response procedures (fire safety, medical emergencies, etc.).
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic literacy and clear communication skills in Kannada and/or English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to incidents.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Valid local driving license is a plus (optional based on site requirements).
• Prior security experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
