Store Sales Executive

We are looking for a Store Sales Executive to support daily operations at our fishing tackle store in Mangalore.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming approach.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and the latest trends.

• Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met.

• Track and manage inventory at store. 

• Ensure that the store is always well-maintained and visually appealing.

• Maintain sales records and report daily and monthly sales figures to the reporting manager.

• Billing for customers on our inventory management software.

• Handling Cash and Accounts (Daily & Monthly, Reports)

Qualifications

• 0- 2 years of retail and retail sales experience. 

• Good communication skills and able to speak in English, Kannada, Tulu, and Hindi.

• Strong customer service, management, and communication skills
