Job Description

Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Voice

Location: Mangalore/Mangaluru

Shifts: Rotational including night shifts


Role & responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a 24/7 remote support team focused on security and privacy products (e.g., antivirus, VPN, cloud storage).

The SME handles advanced technical support, manages escalations from Tier 2 staff, resolves complex issues via calls(Voice support), analyzes trends to improve processes, and collaborates with teams like engineering and QA.


Key qualifications include 2+ years in Tier 2 support, strong troubleshooting skills across platforms (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS), excellent communication, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk or CRM systems.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, mentoring, and driving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
