Who are we looking for?

 Graduate freshers with good typing skills

 Analytical skills

Technical Skills:

 Operating the computer- Intermediate

 MS Office - Intermediate

 Average in Spoken and written English with effective Business email Communication

 Typing Speed 30 WPM

 Leadership experience to manage a team size of 20

Process Skills:

 Record interaction using client system with proper classification

 Refer Knowledge base and perform task as per defined process

 Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction

 Passionate about customer service

 Comfortable with Rotational shifts, extended working hours and weekly offs

Behavioral Skills :

 Positive energy

 Positive attitude

 Self learner

Qualification:

 Any Graduate

 Work experience in similar domain for 2 years
