Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Video Editor / Videographer who can independently handle video shooting and editing while actively exploring AI-powered video tools to create next-generation content.

This role involves close collaboration with the Digital Marketing and Training teams to produce engaging, high-quality video content for YouTube, paid ads, online courses, and social media platforms.

• Key Responsibilities Videography (Shooting & Setup)Shoot videos using DSLR / mirrorless / mobile cameras
• Set up basic lighting, audio (mic setup), and framing/composition
• Record content including:
• YouTube videos
• Course and training sessions
• Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives
• Video Editing (Core Responsibilities)Edit videos for:
• YouTube long-form content
• Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Promotional and ad creatives
• Add cuts, transitions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and content standards
• AI Tools & New-Generation Video CreationLearn and experiment with AI-powered video editing and automation tools
• Use AI tools for:
• Faster editing workflows
• Subtitles, voice enhancements, and automation
• Creating innovative and modern video formats
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends in video creation
• Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with:
• Digital Marketing team (ads, campaigns, creatives)
• Training team (courses, tutorials, educational videos)
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently and on time
• Required Skills & Qualifications Must-HaveMinimum 6 months experience in videography and video editing
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Camera handling (DSLR / mirrorless / mobile)
• Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong willingness to learn AI tools and modern video workflows
• Ability to work on-site from the Mangaluru office
• Good-to-HaveBasic understanding of lighting and audio setup
• Exposure to motion graphics / After Effects
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts formats
• Interest in AI-driven content creation and video innovation
