Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Generation Representative. As a Lead Generation Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments. You will also provide support and deliver sales pitches. This is an on-site role based in Udupi.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and customer support experience
• Sales and telemarketing experience

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in the BPO industry preferred
