Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, promoting real estate projects, and assisting customers in making property purchase decisions.


Key Responsibilities: 

- Qualify leads through calls

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.

- Conduct property presentations and site visit coordination for potential buyers.

- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end support during the sales process.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales updates in CRM.

- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
