Job Description

  • Supervise daily fish canning operations.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
  • Monitor cleaning, cutting, filling, sealing, and retorting processes.
  • Maintain product quality and food safety standards.
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation on the production floor.
  • Check temperature, pressure, and processing time during canning.
  • Supervise workers and allocate duties.
  • Ensure workers follow safety rules and use PPE.
  • Reduce wastage of fish, cans, and packing materials.
  • Maintain production and quality records.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for machine issues.
  • Monitor raw material and packaging stock.
  • Follow FIFO and traceability procedures.
  • Support audits and inspections.
  • Report issues to management promptly.
