Job Description – Tender ExecutiveIndustry: Building / Civil Construction

Location: Imphal, Thangal Bajar

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job Summary:The Tender Executive will be responsible for handling online government and private tenders related to building construction projects. The role involves end-to-end online tender management, documentation, bid submission, and coordination through various e-procurement portals.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate online tenders for building construction projects
• 
  
• Study tender documents including NIT, BOQ, drawings, and eligibility criteria
• 
  
• Prepare and submit online technical and financial bids
• 
  
• Handle complete e-tendering process from downloading to final submission
• 
  
• Manage EMD, tender fees, bid security, and compliance requirements
• 
  
• Work on portals such as GeM, State PWD, CPWD, PSU e-procurement portals
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs
• 
  
• Track tender status, results, and maintain proper online records
• 
  
• Ensure adherence to timelines and tender guidelines
• 
  
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of online tendering process in building construction
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with e-procurement portals
• 
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation
• 
  
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• 
  
• Qualification:Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
• 
  
• Relevant experience in online tender management is mandatory
