Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and outcomes clearly
Follow up with leads and close enrollments
Maintain accurate lead and sales records
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Meet daily and monthly admission targets

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development
Experience in EdTech, education, or training industry is a plus
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools (preferred)
