Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, customer-focused, and passionate about food and hospitality.

• ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet performance standards
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service consistency
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Control labor and food costs to meet budget goals
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
• QualificationsPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor (1–3+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and local health regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• POS system and basic financial reporting experience preferred
