RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

1. 2-3 years hands on Experience on various RF devices.

2. Understanding of NPT/EPT/FTTH Network

3. Understanding of IWAN- internet wireless access network.

4. Must have hands on experience of Computer Hardware and Networking

5. Knowledge of IP ping, switch configuration, RF devices configuration.

6. Exposure to Customer service or Telecom business in similar customer service role

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma/B.Tech/BE- Electronics & Communication/Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking

Responsibility

1. End to End installation and testing various RF devices- Cambium, Maksat, Radwin.

2. Appointment from Customer for Installation/Wiring

3. RF hardware configuration, switch configuration.

4. Modem/Router Configuration as per customer requirement

5. Demonstration to customer regarding their product after Installation

6. Coordination with SDH/Switch/NOC for Troubleshooting

7. Check the quality of Installation at Site, Network Element & Customer end.

8. Testing of High bandwidth links with BERT Meter and Laptop.
