Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Follow up on leads and close deals effectively
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
