Job Title: Female Telecaller (Loan Department)

Job Description:

Maya Financial Services is looking for a dedicated and confident Female Telecaller to join our loan department team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining loan products, and generating leads for various financial services.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain loan products like Personal Loan, Business Loan, Car Loan, etc.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain daily call records and follow-ups

Generate leads and convert them into successful cases

Coordinate with the sales team for loan processing

Requirements:

Only Female candidates

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic knowledge of computer and calling process

Experience in telecalling or finance sector preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Positive attitude and convincing skills
