Job Title: International BPO Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented International BPO Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our international clients across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats for international clients
• Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of company products/services and provide accurate information
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics (KPIs)
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in [Language(s)]
• Previous experience in BPO or customer service (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable to working in different time zones
