Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, Kirana stores, and organized retail chains across assigned territories in Pune.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with store owners and category managers to ensure Trusto gets premium shelf space (ideally in the chiller/refrigerator section).
  • Order & Inventory Management: Take daily/weekly orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure "Fresh-to-Store" delivery.
  • Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed prominently and that point-of-sale materials (posters/danglers) are utilized effectively.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets to drive brand growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches in the batter segment.


Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG sales (Experience in Perishable Goods/Dairy/Bakery is a huge plus).
  • Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential to build trust with local shop owners; basic English for reporting.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Pune’s geography (e.g., Hadapsar, Kothrud, Wakad, Katraj).
  • Must-Haves: * A valid driving license and a two-wheeler (this is a 100% field job).
  • A smartphone for order booking and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: High energy, "go-getter" attitude, and the ability to handle rejection with a smile.
