Gold Loan Relationship Officer-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations

As a Gold Loan Relationship Officer, you will be the face of our Loans Against Gold business, responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling our products, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process, from application to disbursal.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively cross-selling and upselling our gold loan products.
• Process and approve gold loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding loan processes, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering prompt and efficient service, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to enhance our gold loan products.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for loan processing and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of loan applications efficiently.
• Good knowledge of gold loan products, including interest rates, repayment options, and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry developments.
