Maintenance of electrical maintenance of plant operation equipment and power substation like.

Operation equipment maintenance.

Having the, maintenance and troubleshooting experience of Pharma manufacturing equipment’s like FBD, Sifter, Reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD etc equipment electrical maintenance PCC, MCC, UPS and VFD.

 

Power substation equipment maintenance and general safety.

• Having the experience in operation and maintenance of power transformer at level of 33KV/440V min 2000KVA transformer, and 1500KVA DG set.
• Should have the experience on maintaining the power factor.
• Having the experience to read the electrical wiring drawing and resolve the issue.
• Having experience in handling of VFD trouble shooting majorly make; ABB VFD.
• Having the electrical license.
• Assigning/Execution of preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Should have the experience in handling of contractor work.
• Having the experience in following the safety permit systems.
• Having the experience in better communication with CFT team.
• Daily Energy monitoring saving the energy consumption.
• Preparation & execution of activities for quality/Safety audit works
• Follow cGMP standards.
• Follow good engineering practices.
• Follow good documentation practices.
• Implement OHS & EMS System procedures.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Act as SHE Coordinator.
• Report and investigate any incident/accident/near miss/ illness to the superiors.
