Senior Executive-QA

1. Responsible for review of all kind of equipment /facility qualifications in the unit-I and Unit–II. 
2. Responsible for review of AHU related qualifications. 
3. Responsible for review of water system, Nitrogen system and Compressed air system qualifications and periodic testing reports. 
4. Responsible for review and monitoring of preventive maintenance schedules, Calibration schedules and calibration certificates of instruments and any other schedules related to engineering department. 
5. Responsible for review of Temperature mapping related documents.
6. Comply with EHS Guidelines, EHS Rules and Regulations.
7. Responsible to take care of the activities in absence of responsible manager and reporting HOD. 
8. In case of my absence, responsible manager or reporting HOD shall take care of the activities.
9. Any other works allotted by the HOD/ Designee-QA on day to day basis.
