Team Member - Electrical

1. Receiving work orders from Users,
2. Coordination with user department for clearance for performing Routine works.
3. Coordination with Safety & user departments to complete the works.
4. Attending the breakdowns.
5. Maintaining the technician shift log book.
6. Status handing over to Shift Electricians.
7. Regular work Status updating to Executive.
8. Performing preventive maintenance as per schedule.
9. Close Monitoring of major equipment’s like Motors, Transformers, DGs, UPS, Inverter and Earthpits.
10. Complete the product change-over modification Electrical works in time.
11. Intimation of Electrical items stock level to superiors for procurement.
12. Monitoring for diesel stock in day storage tanks.
13. To Maintain the Electrical Safety System as for I E rules 1956.
14. Maintaining the Power Factor
15. Engg. Related housekeeping (5S)
16. Updating the daily records
17. Trouble shooting in all electrical equipment.
18. Participation in Training programs
19. Follow up at site for PM activity,
20. Load Balancing of D.G Sets (to stop the non-critical load )
21. B-Check of D.G Sets and maintain the critical spare
22. Transformer oil filtration, IR values, BDV values and protection relays
23. Preventive maintenance of FICS,U.V Lamp & Lighting
