Computer Trainer

Key Responsibility

1. Conduct training sessions for students on various computer-related topics, including basic computer operations, programming languages (C, C++), web development (HTML), Java, Python, database management (Oracle), accounting software (Tally), graphic design (Photoshop, Corel Draw), Microsoft Office suite, internet usage, and other application software
2. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials to ensure effective learning outcomes for students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
3. Create hands-on exercises, projects, and assignments to reinforce key concepts and enhance practical skills development.
4. Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support individual learning needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements, and communicate progress reports to management, parents, or guardians as required.
6. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and student engagement.
7. Provide support and assistance to students outside of class hours through tutoring, mentoring, and advising on academic and career-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or any Diploma in relevant field or
• Completed a 1-year diploma in Computer Application or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in teaching a range of computer-related subjects, including programming languages (C, C++), web development (HTML), Java, Python, database management (Oracle), accounting software (Tally), graphic design (Photoshop, Corel Draw), Microsoft Office suite, internet usage, and other application software.
• Strong communication skills in English and regional language, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to students of diverse linguistic backgrounds.
• Experience in teaching or training roles, preferably in an educational or professional setting.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop as an educator, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in teaching and technology.
