Data management and analysis

• Manage information systems: Oversee the hospital's management information systems (MIS), ensuring they are optimized and functional.
• Ensure data integrity: Maintain the accuracy, security, and integrity of data collected from various hospital departments.
• Gather and analyze data: Collect data from different sources and analyze it to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to hospital operations. 

Reporting and support

• Generate reports: Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hospital performance, patient care, and other key metrics.
• Create dashboards: Develop custom dashboards and reports tailored to the specific needs of management and different departments.
• Provide technical support: Offer technical assistance and training to staff on using the MIS software and other related systems.
• Troubleshoot issues: Address and resolve any problems related to the MIS and data-related issues promptly. 

Collaboration and strategy

• Collaborate with departments: Work with other departments to understand their data needs and ensure the MIS system meets their requirements.
• Support decision-making: Provide management with accurate data and analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Implement strategies: Help develop and implement strategies and policies to improve operational efficiency and performance within the hospital.
