Solar Sales Executive

We are urgently looking for a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Executive (Field Sales) to promote and sell rooftop solar systems and related solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, site visits, customer presentations, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local marketing

Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers

Explain solar system benefits, pricing, and government subsidies

Conduct basic site survey and collect customer details

Prepare and follow up on quotations

Close sales and achieve monthly targets

Coordinate with technical team for installation

Maintain daily sales report and customer records

Build strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience in field sales (Solar experience preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of solar systems is an advantage

Ability to work independently in the field

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
