Morning Shift

 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Night Shift

03:00 PM to 12:00 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain stock of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
• Ensure optimum inventory levels (avoid shortage & overstock)
• Conduct regular physical stock verification

Material Receiving

• Receive materials as per Purchase Order (PO)
• Verify quantity and basic quality condition
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

Material Issue & Dispatch

• Issue materials to production as per requisition
• Ensure proper documentation for all issued materials
• Coordinate dispatch of finished goods with logistics team
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) system

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP records
• Keep proper records of invoices, challans, and delivery notes
• Update daily inward and outward entries

ERP / System Handling

• Maintain stock data in ERP / Excel
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports

Coordination

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production

Stock Audit & Control

• Assist in internal and external audits
• Identify and report stock discrepancies
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory

Store Maintenance & Safety

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in store area
• Follow company safety guidelines

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
• Preference for candidates with store or inventory experience

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of inventory/store management
• Familiar with Excel / ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest and responsible attitude

Experience

• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing / engineering store (preferred)
