Job Title:Full-Time Video Content Creator (Healthcare & Digital Marketing)

Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator with expertise in digital media and healthcare communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, informative, and visually appealing video content that educates patients, highlights medical expertise, and enhances the organization’s digital presence. This role bridges visual storytelling with strategic digital marketing, contributing directly to the hospital’s brand image and patient outreach initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Video Production & Story telling Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for patient education, health awareness, doctor interviews, treatment explainers, and hospital events.
• Capture authentic stories that reflect patient care, recovery journeys, and institutional values.
• Manage end-to-end video production — from pre-production planning to post-production editing, color correction, subtitles, and publishing.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare communication ethics, patient confidentiality, and institutional guidelines.
• 2. Digital Media & Marketing IntegrationCollaborate with the marketing and communications team to align video content with campaigns, awareness drives, and hospital milestones.
• Create content tailored for digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and hospital websites.
• Optimize videos for SEO, engagement, and platform-specific formats (reels, shorts, etc.).
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies that drive patient engagement and brand recognition.
• 3. Brand Communication & OutreachDevelop impactful visual narratives that humanize healthcare and build trust with patients and the community.
• Support public health campaigns, social media initiatives, and internal training or educational videos.
• Capture events, conferences, and outreach programs for documentation and promotional use.
• Maintain consistency in tone, color palette, and branding across all content.
• 4. Analytics & Continuous ImprovementMonitor video performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on engagement and reach.
• Research trends in healthcare communication, visual media, and audience behavior.
• Suggest improvements in content strategy based on insights and performance data.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in video content creation, preferably in healthcare, hospital marketing, or educational content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, social media management, and healthcare branding.
• Strong visual storytelling, scriptwriting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, administrators, and patients.
• Sensitivity toward patient privacy, empathy, and ethical healthcare communication.
• Preferred:Experience in health awareness campaigns or medical explainer videos.
• Familiarity with graphic design, animation, or motion graphics.
