Accounts Operations Executive (Production & Commercial)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Operations Executive responsible for managing daily transactions related to sales, purchase, production, and inventory in SAP. The role ensures accurate data entry, real-time tracking of materials, and smooth coordination between procurement, production, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Transaction Management

• Maintain and update Sales, Purchase, and Delivery transactions in SAP on a daily basis
• Ensure accurate and timely Sales Order entries and Sales Deliveries
• Generate and manage Sales AR Invoices

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Perform Goods Receipt (GRPO) against purchase orders
• Raise and verify Accounts Payable (AP) Invoices

3. Inventory & Batch Management

• Maintain and track batch-wise inventory of all materials
• Ensure proper recording of stock movements in SAP
• Monitor discrepancies and coordinate for corrections

4. Production Coordination

• Perform Production Data Entry in SAP
• Understand and work with Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Record material issue and receipt at every stage of production
• Ensure accurate consumption tracking vs BOM

5. Documentation & Accuracy

• Maintain proper documentation of all SAP entries
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes
• Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams for smooth workflow

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Working knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP Business One or similar ERP)
• Strong understanding of inventory, production, and purchase processes
• Basic knowledge of BOM and manufacturing workflow
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Experience:

• 1–4 years experience in manufacturing / packaging / flexible laminates industry
• Experience in SAP handling for production + accounts + inventory

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Accuracy of SAP entries
• Timeliness of transactions
• Inventory accuracy & batch traceability
• Coordination efficiency between departments
