Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced and passionate Authors / Content Writers who have previously written or contributed to school curriculum-based books.

The role involves developing structured, syllabus-aligned educational content for school students.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and develop curriculum-based textbooks for school classes (as per CBSE / ICSE / State Boards / NCF).
• Create clear, concept-driven, and student-friendly content suitable for different age groups.
• Design chapter structures, learning objectives, examples, exercises, and assessments.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness of content.
• Revise and update content based on editorial feedback and curriculum changes.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and curriculum experts.
• Maintain consistency in tone, level, and learning outcomes across books.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in writing school textbooks or academic content.
• Strong understanding of school curriculum frameworks and pedagogy.
• Excellent command over language (English / Hindi / subject-specific language).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for school-level learners.
• Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy, learning outcomes, and assessment design is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects.
• Experience RangeMinimum: 2 years of relevant experience in educational publishing
• Maximum: 20 years (Senior authors and subject experts are welcome)
• Preferred CandidatesAuthors who have published textbooks, workbooks, or guides for schools.
• Former teachers, academic writers, or curriculum developers.
• Subject specialists (Maths, Science, English, Hindi, SST, Computer, EVS, etc.).
