Billing Engineer Civil

Key responsibilities

Billing and Invoicing: Prepare, review, and process client invoices based on project progress, milestones, and contract terms.

Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses (for labor, materials, and subcontractors), and report any discrepancies to ensure projects stay within financial limits.

Financial Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records and ensure all billing documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with project requirements and financial regulations.

Contract Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with the terms and conditions of client contracts and subcontracts.

Coordination and Collaboration: Work with project managers, contractors, and other team members to gather necessary information for billing and to resolve any billing issues.

Verification and Auditing: Verify contractor and vendor bills against work completion and conduct audits to maintain financial accuracy.

Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and provide financial analysis and information to project stakeholders.
