Role Overview:- We are looking for a high-potential Business Development Executive who is hungry to learn, grow, and build. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.

Since we are a startup, this is not a fixed-role job. You will be expected to wear multiple hats, take ownership, and grow with the organisation.

If you are a self-starter, a quick learner, and someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls (students & parents)
• Explain courses, guide students, and help them make informed decisions
• Provide excellent customer support and student experience
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships
• Support business development activities and partnerships
• Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences in and around Meerut & Delhi with the team
• Assist with operations, coordination, and day-to-day tasks as needed
• Maintain basic records, CRM updates, and reports
• Work closely with founders and senior team members

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn

• Willing to travel locally for meetings when required
