Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, monitor, and close construction projects as per approved schedules and budgets
• Oversee civil works including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, and statutory regulations
• Manage project costs, billing, BOQs, variations, and claims
• Ensure quality control and implementation of QA/QC procedures
• Enforce site safety standards and compliance with HSE regulations
• Lead, guide, and motivate project engineers, site staff, and supervisors
• Conduct regular project review meetings and report progress to management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards
• Expertise in project planning and control tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Sound knowledge of contracts, tendering, and procurement
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Experience RequirementsMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing end-to-end project execution
• Preferred AttributesPMP / Prince2 certification (added advantage)
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
