Locations: Partapur | Bahjoi | Muzaffarnagar | Babugarh | Anupshahr (Uttar Pradesh)

About the Role: We are hiring a Collection Executive for a leading NBFC. The candidate will be responsible for managing group loan collections, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of dues in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle JLG / Group Loan / Microfinance collections in the assigned area
• Conduct regular field visits for recovery and follow-ups
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely repayments
• Track overdue accounts and reduce delinquency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection processes
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports

Eligibility Criteria:

• 🎓 Graduation Mandatory
• 📌 Minimum 1+ year experience in JLG / Group Loan / Microfinance collections
• 🗣️ Good communication and negotiation skills
• 🚶 Willingness to travel for field collection work
• 🎯 Target-oriented and result-driven

Required Skills:

• Field collection & recovery management
• Customer handling & follow-ups
• Basic documentation & reporting skills
• Local area knowledge preferred
