Job Description
- Communication Management: Receive, log, and distribute correspondence (letters, emails, FOI requests) to relevant departments or individuals.
- Drafting & Editing: Compose clear, professional replies for various issues (claims, complaints, information requests) and proofread documents.
- Information Gathering: Research information, compile data, and coordinate with other personnel to formulate accurate responses.
- Database & Record Keeping: Maintain correspondence databases, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and adherence to data protection.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure responses align with company policies, public regulations, and legal requirements (like data protection).
- Reporting: Provide reports on correspondence volume, trends, and response times.
- Collaboration: Work with Communications teams for consistent messaging and with Records Managers for data retention.
