Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity.
• Prior experience in customer support or related field is an advantage.
