Job Description:

We are hiring a Loan Recovery Agent/Executive/Officer with valid DRA Certification to manage collection and recovery of overdue loan accounts. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer follow-ups, negotiation for repayments, and ensuring timely recovery as per RBI and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers and recover overdue loan amounts.

Maintain professional communication and resolve payment issues.

Follow legal and ethical recovery practices as per DRA norms.

Update daily recovery reports and documentation.

Coordinate with branch and collection team.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th / Graduate.

DRA Certification (Mandatory / Preferred).

Experience in loan recovery or field collection.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Two-wheeler and local area knowledge preferred.

Banking/NBFC collection experience.

Strong track record in achieving recovery targets.
