Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To create and manage the company’s digital presence and support online sales of agro, veterinary, pet medicines, with special focus on farmers and rural customers, using simple language and ethical communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any stream
- Digital Marketing course (6 months – 1 year preferred)
- Agriculture / Veterinary / Life Sciences background preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 6 months to 3 years in digital marketing.
- Experience with farmer-related, rural, agro, veterinary, or health products will be an advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to communicate clearly in Hindi and local language
- Working knowledge of:
- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook Page & Instagram
- Basic Canva (posters & creatives)
- MS Excel (basic)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upload and manage product details (human, veterinary, agro, pet).
- Manage WhatsApp Business catalogue and customer inquiries.
- Post farmer-friendly content on Facebook and Instagram.
- Support basic online order handling and lead follow-ups.
