Vacancy Announcement: DTP Operator & IT Support Executive

Shaheen Academy Meerut seeks a versatile professional to create print-ready educational materials and provide IT assistance for ERP, administrative and classroom operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Design and layout documents such as brochures, newsletters, PPTs, exam papers, and reports using software like CorelDraw,/ Adobe InDesign/ Photoshop / Illustrator.

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, maintain printers/networks, install applications, and support CRM & attendance tools including MS Office and ERP systems.

Proofread content, manage digital files, ensure brand consistency, and deliver projects on time while training users on basic tools.

Required Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field; 1-3 years experience in DTP or IT support.

Proficiency in DTP software (InDesign, CorelDraw), MS Office, Hindi/English typing (40+ WPM), and IT Support.

Knowledge of print production and the educational sector preferred.

Skills and Competencies Technical: Typography, layout design, color management, IT troubleshooting. Soft: Attention to detail, time management, teamwork, problem-solving.
