Education: Diploma / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering

Key Roles & Responsibilities:·   Lead end-to-end execution of Electrical works including Electrical, Fire Fighting, ELV, and IBMS systems.

·        Plan and coordinate MEP activities in line with overall project schedules and milestones.

·        Review MEP designs, shop drawings, and method statements for execution readiness.

·        Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors for approvals and execution.

·        Ensure proper interface management between MEP, civil, and architectural works.

·        Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization of MEP works.

·        Ensure compliance with contract specifications, relevant codes, and statutory requirements.

·        Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.

·        Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement QA/QC procedures.

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.

·        Support planning, billing, and commercial teams in MEP measurements, RA bills, and variations.

·        Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.

·        Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates to management.

Education & Qualification:·        Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:·        Minimum 5-7years of experience in Electrical execution for building construction projects.

Working or having working experience in Building Construction Govt. Project/Private

Project in EPC Mode like- Medical College, Sports University, Hospital etc.·        

Exposure to EPC / Design & Build projects preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:·        Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, firefighting, plumbing, ELV & IBMS

·        Experience in MEP coordination and interface management

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel

·        Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and statutory approvals

·        Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

·        Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet tight deadlines

Timely completion of MEP works as per project schedule

·        Quality compliance and minimal rework

·        Successful testing & commissioning of systems

·        Safety compliance and statutory approvals

·        Effective coordination with civil and architectural teams
