Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paytm

Key Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 35 years
• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Must own a Smartphone and a Two-Wheeler with Driving License
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and digital payments
• Honest, trustworthy, and target-oriented
• Familiar with local geography
• Passionate about sales and financial products

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule field visits for lead generation and client meetings
• Sell and deploy Paytm payment solutions like:
• QR Code
• Soundbox
• EDC/Card Swipe Machines
• Point-of-Sale Software
• Insurance and Financial Products
• Onboard new merchants and explain the benefits of digital payments
• Handle merchant queries and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Collect feedback and provide market insights to improve offerings
• Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and ensure continued service

Experience:

• 6months – 3 years in Sales from Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, or E-commerce preferred
• Freshers with strong sales ability are also welcome
