Field Sales Executive

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Agriculture, Engineering, or Business Management (preferred).

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in agricultural/construction machinery.

• Sound knowledge of backhoe loaders, tractors, and their applications in paper and construction sectors.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical ability and result-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.

• Responsible for meeting product sales targets in assigned territory

• Build and maintain customer relationships with farmers and channel partners

Activities :

• Gather market intelligence on competitors and product trends

• Report daily sales activities and coordinate with the sales team.
