Field Supervisor

Job Description:

Field Supervisor – Collection & Recovery ka main role overdue payments ko recover karna aur field collection team ko manage karna hota hai. Is position me candidate ko field visits, customer follow-ups aur team supervision ka experience hona chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:

Field collection team ko supervise aur guide karna.

Overdue / pending payments ke liye customers se field visits karke recovery karna.

Daily collection targets achieve karna aur team se karwana.

Customers se professional tareeke se baat karke payment settlement karwana.

Recovery reports aur daily MIS management ko submit karna.

Team ki performance monitor karna aur management ko update dena.

Defaulter accounts ka verification aur follow-up karna.

Company policies aur legal guidelines ke according recovery process follow karna.

Required Skills:

Field collection / recovery ka experience.

Team handling aur leadership skills.

Good communication aur negotiation skills.

Basic MS Excel / MIS reporting knowledge.

Field work ke liye comfortable hona.

Qualification:

Minimum Graduate (12th pass bhi consider ho sakta hai experience ke saath).

1–5 years experience in collection / recovery field.

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler aur valid driving license preferred.

Local area ki achhi knowledge.
