Job Discretion:

1. Acquisition and appointment of new Franchise in assigned area and territory

2. Ensure proper hygiene of Pharmacy, staff dress up, staff behaviour, customer relationship and customer service

3. Assist in the onboarding and training of new franchisees, providing comprehensive support and resources to ensure a successful launch.

4. Conduct regular visits to franchise locations, evaluating compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines.

5. Collaborate with franchisees to develop local marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and drive sales.

6. Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide actionable insights to franchise owners for improvement.

7. Facilitate communication between franchisees and the corporate team, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.

8. Participate in franchise conferences and workshops, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative community.

Desired_Candidate:

* Candidate should have experience in Franchise Appointment, retail or channel sales and operations with minimum 6+ years
