Job Description

Mandatory: Real Estate Background

Role Overview: We are hiring a result-driven General Manager (Project Head) to lead end-to-end execution and revenue generation for our real estate project in Meerut.

This role will act as the face of the project and own complete P&L, sales performance, and execution alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Sales Leadership:

  • Drive project sales, bookings, and collections
  • Build and manage channel partner (broker) network
  • Oversee sales funnel: leads → site visits → closures
  • Plan pricing strategy and inventory release

2. Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Work with digital team/agencies for lead generation campaigns
  • Ensure strong on-ground branding & site experience
  • Optimize cost per lead and conversion rates

3. Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with team for timely construction progress
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and execution timelines

4. Customer Experience:

  • Act as primary face for clients and investors
  • Handle key negotiations and high-value closures
  • Ensure strong post-sales follow-up and satisfaction

5. Financial Ownership:

  • Own project-level P&L and cash flow
  • Monitor collections vs targets
  • Control costs in coordination with accounts & procurement
  • Key Requirements8–12 years experience in real estate sales/project management
  • Proven track record of project launches & closures
  • Strong broker/channel partner network (Meerut preferred)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Highly result-oriented with ownership mindset

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives: Linked to bookings & collections (high upside)
