HR Operations Executive (Compliance Focused)📍 Meerut
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
We are looking for an HR professional with strong expertise in statutory compliances.
🔴 Major Focus (Must Have):
- PF & ESI norms (End-to-End handling)
- Monthly filings & returns
- Labour law compliance
- Handling inspections / notices
🔹 Other Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing & salary structure
- Attendance & employee records
- Joining & exit formalities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in HR Operations
- Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESI & compliance
- Able to work independently
