Human Resources Executive

We are looking for an HR professional to work in-office and manage day-to-day human resources activities. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensure company policies are followed.

Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination

Support performance management and employee evaluations

Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Assist management with HR planning and reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of HR experience (freshers can apply if suitable)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Must be available to work from office
