About the RoleNirvan Textiles is a growing B2B textile player with a footprint across India. We are looking for a high-energy Tele-Sales and Follow-up Specialist to join our team. Your primary focus will be converting new leads, maintaining relationships with our pan-India B2B clients, and leveraging digital tools to drive sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Actively call and engage with new B2B leads generated through various channels.
  • Sales & Follow-ups: Persistent follow-up with existing prospects to close deals and ensure consistent re-ordering.
  • WhatsApp Marketing: Execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns to showcase new arrivals, catalogs, and seasonal offers.
  • Pan-India Coordination: Communicate effectively with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors across different regions of India.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer requirements.
  • What We Are Looking ForCommunication Skills: Fluency in [Insert Language, e.g., Hindi/English] is essential. The ability to speak regional languages is a major plus given our national reach.
  • Sales Grit: A proactive "closer" mindset with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
