Job Description
- Daily operations management:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and procedural activities of the hospital.
- Ensure that all hospital departments are functioning efficiently and collaboratively.
- Budget and resource management:
- Manage the hospital's budget and financial performance, including setting financial goals.
- Ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and other necessary resources are available.
- Compliance and quality assurance:
- Ensure the hospital complies with all government regulations, legal standards, and internal policies.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction to enhance service quality.
- Staff and leadership support:
- Supervise and support hospital staff, including department heads and medical personnel.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and the implementation of new policies.
- Process and efficiency improvement:
- Analyze and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new strategies and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
