Outlet Manager

Job Description:Taste of Delhi is hiring an experienced Outlet Manager to manage complete restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring smooth daily functioning, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle complete outlet operations independently
• Lead and manage service & kitchen coordination team
• Achieve monthly sales targets and control operational costs
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage inventory, stock control & vendor coordination
• Handle billing, cash management & daily reporting
• Train, schedule, and monitor staff performance
• Requirements:4–5 years experience in restaurant / QSR industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of POS billing systems
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
