Position: Pre-Primary Teacher( Only Female candidate)

Qualification: Candidates must have studied under the ICSE or CBSE board

• Key Responsibilities:Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and execute engaging lesson plans tailored for young learners, ensuring an interactive and fun learning experience.
• Early Childhood Development: Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through structured play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for children, encouraging participation and curiosity.
• Assessment & Reporting: Monitor student progress and development, maintaining records and providing feedback to parents.
• Parent Engagement: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and provide suggestions for learning at home.
• Creative & Interactive Teaching: Use innovative teaching methods such as Jolly Phonics, Montessori techniques, or activity-based learning.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum strategies and share best practices..
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Creativity, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of educational technology tools and interactive teaching aids.
