Production Manager – Food Factory📍 Meerut | Vishvakarma Industrial Estate

We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to handle complete factory production for Bakery, Sweets & Gravy items and ensure smooth supply to all outlets.

🔴 Key Responsibility (Main Role):

• Manage and supervise complete production operations
• Ensure timely supply to outlets (no shortage / delay)
• Maintain quality, consistency & hygiene standards
• Job Responsibilities:Plan and manage daily production as per outlet demand
• Coordinate with outlets for order planning
• Supervise production team & staff
• Monitor raw material usage & reduce wastage
• Ensure smooth factory operations without disruptions

🎯 Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in food production / factory
• Knowledge of Bakery, Sweets & Gravy production
• Strong team handling & supervision skills
• Ability to manage pressure & deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in central kitchen / food factory setup
• Candidate who can independently manage full production
