- Handle day-to-day shopfloor production activities
- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed
- Assist in machine setup, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members
- For Floor Supervisor:
- Supervise shopfloor workers
- Allocate work and ensure daily targets are met
- Report production status to management
